The City of Northport Planning and Zoning Commission adopted the Northport Compass Comprehensive Plan Tuesday July 16. The adopted plan can be viewed  here .

Subdivision Regulations Review April 8

The Planning and Zoning Commission will review proposed changes to the Subdivision Regulations on April 8, 2025. Changes to the Subdivision Regulations come in response to the recently approved updates to the Zoning Ordinance and to the adopted Engineering Manual.
